In case you haven’t heard, the Etsy Ireland Team are having a massive giveaway in the form of a fun treasure hunt to celebrate the quickly approaching St.Patrick’s Day.

All you have to do is find 13 (lucky 13?) letters hidden amongst team members shops, unscramble the word using those 13 letters and then convo Ruth at nicedaysupplies.etsy.com or email her with your answer:

The prize is valued at more than €150 and includes a wide variety of items from members of the Crafty Ireland Team.

Another Giveaway Update

For months I’ve been holding a competition to reach 100 fans in order to get my unique Facebook Fan page url. When I reached 100 fans I was to pick a random fan to receive a pair of my earrings. Well, it seems that Facebook lowered the number of fans needed back to 25, instead of 100. It would have been nice if this was announced, but it wasn’t and I’m not even entirely sure when exactly the limit was lowered. Nonetheless, I suppose now it’s time to pick a winner! By the way my custom url is now http://www.facebook.com/balancedcrafts.

So without further ado, the winner by random selection is… fan No. 49.

You may remember a couple of weeks ago I held a giveaway?

Well, the winner, a lovely Ms. Joy of I made yarn at Etsy, received her prize today and gave me a great little review and plug. {link}

She even posted a pic of herself wearing said prize and they look beautiful on her! I hardly ever get to see my pieces on customers after they buy and I just love it!

I thought that was the sweetest thing ever.

They feature beautiful Grey Mother of Pearl ovals hanging from Hematite rings on handcrafted links and are attached to Gunmetal kidney earwires. They measure roughly 7cm (nearly 3 inches) long. And they could be yours absolutely FREE!

Now, instead of the ol’ leave a comment to enter, I thought I’d make it a little more interesting. You are to guess, how many bottle caps are in this jar?

The jar measures 5 inches tall by 3.5 inches.
